40-hour week with a flexible roster; Australian residency required. The position focuses on creating memorable experiences for visitors and occupants while supporting colleagues in achieving workplace objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, administration, or workplace management experience.
• Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments.
• Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation.
• Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments.
• Team oriented with collaborative mindset to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the arrival experience, creating enjoyable and memorable interactions, driven by client brand and culture.
• Uphold operational excellence for workplace experiences, fostering a "happy to help" atmosphere across Corporate Services touch points.
• Administer the workplace including meeting rooms, AV facilities, and break-out areas with efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in maintaining client areas to provide the best working environment and functionality for all employees and visitors.
