Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate concierge, hospitality, or workplace management
• Customer-centric experience in B2B and client-facing environments
• Strong communication skills and impeccable organisation
• Ability to prioritise workload in deadline-driven settings

Responsibilities

• Own the arrival experience, creating memorable interactions aligned with client brand
• Maintain an excellent, helpful atmosphere across all Workplace Services touchpoints
• Administer the client floor, including meeting rooms, AV facilities and breakout areas
• Assist in keeping the workplace in top condition for all employees
• Drive the success of internal events with meticulous service and coordination
