As a Corporate Services Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action in our client headquarters located in Sydney. In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating unforgettable experiences for our visitors and occupants, ensuring every interaction is seamless and memorable. Additionally, you'll be a pivotal support for business groups, championing their workplace objectives and ensuring our service points deliver efficiently.

Key accountabilities

Qualifications

As a collaborative and driven member of the operations team, ideally with experience within the administrational or hospitality sector, we ask that you demonstrate the following:

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality, administration, or workplace management experience, specialising in customer-centric events, preferably within luxury or hospitality sectors.
• Customer-centric experience in business-to-business and customer-facing environments.
• Results-oriented with strong communication skills and impeccable presentation, paying attention to detail.
• Proficient in assessing and prioritising workload within deadline-driven environments, understanding sometimes priorities change.
• Thrives on teamwork, collaborating to overcome obstacles and achieve collective success

Additional Information

This position is a full-time office-based role in Sydney servicing general office operating hours on a flexible roster (40 hours per week) that may also support limited after-hours event activity.
