Travel + Leisure Co. invites you to join our team in Dinner Plain as a Guest Experience Host.

You will greet guests, generate sales appointments for our resort-based centers and livestream channels, and ensure a seamless check-in experience. You will build rapport, collaborate with the resort operations team, articulate the benefits of traveling within our Wyndham Destinations community, and strive to meet targets while working weekend and public holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• Availability for weekend and public holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

• Meet guests face to face and generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
• Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
• Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
• Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
• Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business
• This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
