Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host to greet and assist guests, manage front desk operations, and drive sales appointments for onsite presentations or livestreamed sessions.

The role requires strong customer service, verbal and written communication, and the ability to use standard office software and Salesforce. Candidates should be comfortable with upselling tours and services, providing local information, and maintaining a professional, guest-focused environment.

Mansioni

• Schedule onsite resident guests for updates or club presentations during stay.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and targets.
• Assist in tour generation and qualification of prospects.
• Complete shift checklists (AM/Mid/PM).
• Assist guests with check-in, information, bookings, and services.
• Operate front desk duties, registrations, communications, and tours bookings in Salesforce.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities, rates, and room configurations.
• Provide guests with local area information and recommendations.
• Upsell tours and ancillary services to increase revenue.
• Ensure safety, security, and compliance with OH&S policies.
