Job summary
Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking guest-focused hospitality professionals to support owners and guests through the check-in process and deliver service excellence across our resort network in Australia.
You will build rapport, clearly communicate benefits of travel within the Travel + Leisure community, generate sales appointments, assist in tour generation, and strive to meet targets and KPIs while working weekends and public holidays in a dynamic, inclusive team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience within a hotel/ hospitality role.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist resort operations team to ensure seamless check-in for owners and guests.
- Build rapport with customers to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Articulate the benefits of traveling within the Travel + Leisure community.
- Generate sales appointments for sales centers and via livestream.
- Assist in the tour generation process to meet qualification specs.
- Meet targets and KPIs as set by the business.
- Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
