Vine Apartments South Brisbane is seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to deliver welcoming guest experiences, manage check-ins/outs, handle enquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping for apartment readiness. You will also drive reservations and assist with promotions to boost occupancy.

Ideal candidates have reception, customer service or hospitality experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Weekend availability and a professional presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Prev experience in reception, customer service, hospitality or accommodation is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using email, booking systems and office software.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Assist guests with enquiries and information about the property and area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure apartment readiness.
• Answer calls and respond to emails and online enquiries; maintain guest records.
