Job summary

Brisbane Gateway Resort is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on the sunny south side of Brisbane. You will be the primary point of contact for guests during their stay, handling reservations, check-ins and reception duties with a focus on personalized service.

The ideal candidate is well-presented, proactive and enjoys helping people, with strong computer, organisational and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in reservations, check-ins and customer service in accommodation.
• Proficient with reservation software systems and front desk tools.
• Effective communicator with guests at all levels, professional and courteous.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations, check-ins and reception duties for guests and tenants.
• Provide prompt assistance and personalised recommendations to enhance guest experience.
• Assist in management and administrative functions as required.
