Job summary

Vine Hotels and Resorts in Noosaville, Noosa Shire, Australia, is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor/Manager to lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service across the resort. You will oversee front desk operations, assist with maintenance coordination, and support owner relationships to grow the brand.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and strong time management.

Qualifications

Passion for providing excellent guest service.
Hands-on management approach.
Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends for Front of House.
Excellent communication skills.
Superb time management skills.
Experience as Front Office Supervisor/Manager for at least 12 months.
Hold a current real estate certificate/RLA or willingness to obtain one.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, property owners and guests.
Desirable experience with body corporates in an MLR setting.
Demonstrated ability to address challenges and implement service-improvement solutions.
Willingness for on-call duties from time to time.

Responsibilities

Lead the front desk team and ensure exceptional guest service.
Oversee smooth front desk operations and coordination with other divisions.
Support maintenance operations and property owner relationships.
Assist with owner relations and guest experiences across the resort.
