Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Sydney is seeking a Guest Experience Expert for Night Auditor or At Your Service to deliver exceptional guest care. You will assist with nightly operations, verify and adjust billing, and build lasting relationships with travellers to encourage future bookings.

The role requires experience with OPERA PMS or similar, strong guest service skills, and valid working rights in Australia. You will be part of a dynamic hotel team within Marriott’s global network and enjoy

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general guest requests via phone, email, and in person.
• Support night audit tasks and verify guest billing as needed.
• Provide friendly, genuine service to travelers and build relationships for future bookings.
• Be a hotel expert on local area to exceed traveller expectations.
• Handle enquiries and ensure smooth traveller experiences.
