Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Sydney is seeking a Guest Service Agent to assist with check-in/check-out, enquiries, and guest reservations. You will support the front office team and help deliver genuine service to travellers in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have OPERA PMS experience, relevant prior roles, Australian working rights, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset to enhance guest experiences around the local area.

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working rights in Australia.
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
• Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist travellers arriving and departing the hotel through the check in and departure process.
