Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton seeks a Night Auditor to support seamless check-in/check-out, assist the night manager with reporting, and handle guest inquiries with a friendly, genuine approach. You will build relationships to drive future bookings and back the front office team with day-to-day operations.

The role requires OPERA PMS experience, relevant hospitality background, and working rights in Australia, in a fast-paced hotel environment with a guest-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with OPERA property management system or similar.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assist travellers arriving and departing the hotel through the check-in and departure process.
• Assist the night manager in all reporting and system responsibilities.
• Handle general enquiries with friendly, genuine service.
• Build and strengthen relationships with travellers to enable future bookings.
• Support the front office team in general operational tasks.
• Take guest reservations and perform cash handling and credit card responsibilities.
• Be an expert on the hotel and local area to exceed guest expectations.
