Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead from the floor and develop a high-performing, inclusive team in our Sydney store. You will hire and onboard staff, coach performance, and ensure every guest receives an outstanding experience aligned with our values.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the role drives scheduling, training, and team development while modeling integrity, leadership and guest-centric service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience in operations and administration.
• Retail or store environment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to foster a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance management.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure store operations align with company values and directives.
• Monitor guest feedback and drive continuous improvement in service.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to implement the People vision at store level.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards on the floor.
