Job summary

You will mentor teammates, participate in hiring decisions, and foster an inclusive, energetic environment while adapting to flexible schedules, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience leading or mentoring others
• Ability to work varying shifts including weekends

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide ongoing technical product education to guests and assist when needed.
• Review daily data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Support ongoing learning and development through feedback and coaching.
