Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests and articulate product value.
• Monitor daily sales data and motivate the team to meet targets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training activities.
• Give direct feedback and coaching to team members.
• Maintain store readiness and operational excellence across shifts.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Foster a respectful and collaborative team environment.
• Support guests and teammates with a positive, energetic approach.
