Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Sydney to oversee daily store performance and deliver a high-quality, inclusive guest experience on the shop floor. You will provide technical product education and lead the team to meet daily sales targets while contributing to hiring decisions and team development.

The role requires 1 year of retail or customer experience, plus leadership or mentoring experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience.
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent or above required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the lululemon guest experience framework on the shop floor, creating an inclusive, high-caliber guest experience.
• Provide technical product education to guests to articulate product value.
• Participate in store hiring, onboarding and development of team members.
• Open and close the store and oversee daily operational readiness.
• Review daily business data to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
