Job summary

lululemon in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Manager, Guest Experience to lead on the floor and develop a team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will foster belonging, coach staff, and execute the store's People vision.

You will manage hiring, onboarding, training, and performance, while ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment aligned with our values and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of operation.
• 1 year people management experience.
• 1 year leadership experience, including managing operations and administration.
• Education: High school diploma or above.
• 1 year retail or sales management experience.
• 1 year recruiting, hiring, or training employees.

Responsibilities

• Create and foster an inclusive team environment for all members.
• Lead from the floor to meet business, team, and guest needs.
• Coach and develop team members; deliver training solutions.
• LeadHiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Ensure exceptional guest experience on the sales floor.
• Monitor store operations and inventory to support goals.
