Qualifications

• Experience in reception, customer service, tourism, accommodation, retail or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage check-ins/outs, bookings, payments and receipts.
• Respond to enquiries via phone, email, online and in person.
• Maintain reservations and guest records in the park's system.
• Provide information on park rules, amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate with cleaners and maintenance for site readiness.
• Handle guest feedback and escalate issues when needed.
• Perform basic administrative tasks and handover notes.
