Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa is hiring a friendly Guest Experience Attendant to support Front Office operations on a casual basis. You will help guests from check-in to check-out, assist with housekeeping tasks, and contribute to a welcoming, high‑standard hotel experience.

You'll need 1+ years in Front Office or a customer-facing role, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in Front Office would be highly beneficial.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Assist with housekeeping duties including servicing rooms and public areas.
• Provide local recommendations and handle guest requests promptly.
• Respond to guest feedback in a timely, professional manner.
• Support linen handling, room setup, and presentation standards.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments accurately and maintain up-to-date guest records.
