Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor for Crown Metropol & Promenade in Perth. You will lead a dynamic Front Office team, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure and coaching staff for exceptional service.

The role requires hospitality leadership, strong communication, and a customer-centric approach to resolving guest enquiries with efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality.
Strong customer service mindset and ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and make effective decisions.
Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Front Desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Coach, motivate and develop team members to meet service standards.
Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise efficiency.
Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives.
Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures.
