Job summary

The Sebel West Perth is seeking a hands-on Front Office Supervisor to lead the shift in West Perth, WA. You will manage check-ins/outs, guest services, billing accuracy, and senior-on-duty decisions while maintaining Accor brand standards.

You will have 2–3 years Front Office experience, previous supervisory roles, and strong Opera Cloud PMS knowledge, with availability across weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hotel Front Office experience.
• Experience as a Senior GSA or Supervisor.
• Strong knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
• Familiar with Accor Hotel Distribution & Reservations systems.
• Ability to manage guest escalations independently.
• Calm, solutions‑focused and accountable.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run the Front Office shift end-to-end, including check-in/out and guest services.
• Act as the senior team member on duty and make operational decisions.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure reservations, billing and rate accuracy are maintained.
• Drive upselling opportunities and support revenue integrity.
• Maintain presentation, compliance and procedural standards.
• Set clear service expectations through visible leadership on the floor.
• Assist other departments during peak periods to ensure overall hotel performance.
