Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join the team at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Perth. In this leadership role, you'll help lead day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest from arrival to departure.

You will coach and develop your team, maintain service standards, and manage guest enquiries while working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment.
• A passion for customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to achieve exceptional service standards.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise operational efficiency.
• Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures.
