• Leadership experience in hospitality front desk operations.
• Strong customer service mindset and guest focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise efficiency.
• Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures.
