Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Crown Metropol and Crown Promenade Perth. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support day-to-day Front Office operations, lead a passionate team and ensure every guest receives outstanding service from arrival through departure.

You will coach and develop staff, manage guest enquiries, monitor allocations and rostering, and uphold Crown's service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum leadership or supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Strong customer service mindset with a focus on guest experiences.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to resolve issues calmly.
• Proven ability to make timely, well-reasoned decisions under pressure.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Front Desk operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor room allocations, arrivals and departures to optimise efficiency.

• Support labour management, rostering and productivity initiatives
• Maintain compliance with Crown's service standards, policies and procedures

About you

You are a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a hotel or hospitality environment
• A passion for customer service and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience using Opera or a similar Property Management System will be highly regarded
