Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead at Murray Street Mall to drive store product strategy, oversee inventory and back-of-house operations, and ensure a world-class guest experience on the floor.

You will partner with store leadership to plan inventory, execute SOPs, lead shifts, hire and coach team members, and use store data to inform actions that improve availability and sell-through. The role emphasizes inclusion and strong communication in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics including using business technology to accomplish work.
• Experience in leading, mentoring, delegating or process implementation with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in accordance with SOPs.
• Execute product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Execute omnichannel programs (ship from store) according to company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management and create a productive shift atmosphere.
• Lead from the floor to assess and fulfill operational needs for the team and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
• Analyze daily business data to inform actions and pricing decisions.
• Bring product stories to life on the floor for guest experience.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Support learning and development through feedback and coaching.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and collaboration.
