Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Guest Experience Lead in Sydney to drive an outstanding in-store experience by delivering technical product education and leading the store team on daily sales. You will guide team performance and ensure the floor reflects lululemon’s guest-first ethos.

You will participate in hiring, coaching, and performance feedback, fostering inclusion and meeting store targets while adapting to diverse scheduling needs in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail or customer experience
• Some experience in leading, mentoring, or delegating with others
• Education: High school diploma equivalent, or above

Responsibilities

• Bring the lululemon guest experience framework to life, leading from the floor to establish an exceptional and inclusive guest experience.
• Continuously assess the level of guest connection and technical product education, ensuring every guest receives education and assisting when needed.
• Move dynamically and lead from the floor, assessing and fulfilling the needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Conduct preparation activities to ensure in-store readiness for guests and ensure operational excellence of the store across shifts.
• Open and close the store according to procedures.
• Review daily business data and metrics to track progress toward sales goals and motivate the team.
• Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Provide feedback, recognition, coaching, and hands-on experiences to develop team members.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and engaging workplace.
