lululemon Sydney Westfield is seeking a Part-time Guest Experience Lead to guide the in-store guest journey and mentor the team. You will educate guests on product value, lead from the floor, and help achieve daily sales and service targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or delegating with others.
• Eligible to work in Australia.

Responsabilités

• Lead the in-store guest experience framework on the sales floor.
• Provide technical product education to guests and support the team.
• Achieve daily sales or unit targets as part of store leadership.
• Open/close procedures and shift readiness.
• Review daily data to track performance and motivate the team.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Give direct feedback and coach team members on the floor.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and productive team environment.
• Assist during peak times and special events as needed.
