Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our Sydney store leadership team, driving the store product strategy, inventory management, and efficient back-of-house operations. You will lead inventory shifts, supervise BOH processes, and ensure the floor and stockroom are organized to support a world-class guest experience.

In this role you will contribute to team performance, participate in hiring, coach Educators, and move on the floor to deliver product education and outstanding

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into actionable plans.
• Proactively plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy per SOPs.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Execute omnichannel programs (ship from store) per company standards.
• Engage team members in inventory management and foster a fun, productive shift.
• Lead from the floor to meet the operational needs of the business, team, and guests.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through strategies.
• Review daily data to inform actions and drive store results.
• Bring product stories to life on the floor to enhance the guest experience.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to support development.
