Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring others
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country and able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor to deliver an exceptional and inclusive guest experience
• Provide technical product education to guests
• Monitor daily sales metrics and motivate the team to meet targets
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and training of store staff
• Provide direct feedback and recognition to team members
• Maintain operational excellence across shifts
• Open and close the store according to procedures
