Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Experience Host on site at our Gold Coast resort. You will greet and register owners and guests, provide local area information, and support sales appointments for the onsite team and livestream events.

You’ll use Salesforce and other systems to manage bookings, communicate with guests, and assist with tours and promotions while upholding our HEART values: Hospitality, Engagement, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork.

Qualifications

• High standard of personal grooming.
• Excellent communications skills (verbal & written).
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Schedule onsite resident guests for Owner Updates or Club presentations.
• Meet monthly tour budgets and targets set by the Company.
• Assist in tour generation and qualification of prospects.
• Provide guest information, bookings for restaurants, tours and activities.
