Qualificações

• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, workplace support, or corporate office environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Front-of-House & Guest Experience: be the first point of contact and maintain a welcoming reception.
• Event & Meeting Support: coordinate room bookings, catering, and readiness for meetings.
• Facilities & Workplace Operations: support records, mailroom tasks and office administration.
