Job summary

EVT Limited operates Rydges and EVT hotels and is seeking a Front Desk Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, professional guest service at the front desk. You will greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and manage guest accounts with accuracy.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to meet guest expectations, maintain local knowledge, and ensure a smooth stay. EVT promises a Daymaker culture, career growth and day-one perks.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of GSA experience in a hotel or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in/check-out and cashiering.
• Maintain accurate reservations and handle guest accounts.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance and other teams to meet guest expectations.
• Upskill guests about room rates, packages and local knowledge to enhance service quality.
• Follow hotel policies and WH&S standards and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
