Job summary

EVT Group's hotel brand is seeking a proactive Guest Services Agent to deliver warm, professional service at the front desk. You will manage check-ins/outs, guest accounts, and inquiries with a focus on creating memorable stays across EVT’s hotel network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Delivery of warm, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check-in/out and handling guest accounts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other hotel departments.
• Ability to handle multiple requests while maintaining service quality.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, greeting guests warmly, and addressing requests promptly.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures, including check-in/check-out, cashiering, and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local knowledge to assist guests.
• Uphold hotel policies and WH&S standards while ensuring a clean, safe workplace.
