Job summary

EVT Group is seeking a proactive Front Desk / Guest Services professional in Brisbane to welcome guests, manage check‑in/check‑out, and provide accurate information on hotel services and local attractions.

You will collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness, handle reservations, and maintain a high standard of service while adhering to WH&S and operational policies. Training and team meetings are part of the role.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment.
• Participate in training and team meetings.
