EVT Limited is seeking a Front Office / GSA to join its Rydges World Square property in Sydney. The role focuses on delivering warm, professional guest service, handling check-in/out and guest accounts, and collaborating with housekeeping and reservations to meet guest needs.

The position is full-time, on-site, with opportunities across EVT’s hospitality network and perks from day one. A strong customer-service mindset and hospitality experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a GSA or similar role in hospitality.
• Ability to deliver warm, professional guest service.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in front desk operations including check-in/out and guest accounts.
• Ability to collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations and other hotel teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service with warm welcomes and timely responses.
• Manage guest arrivals/departures, check-in/out, cashiering and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local knowledge.
• Uphold hotel policies, WHS standards, and a clean, safe work environment.
