Hyatt Regency Sydney seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver warm, professional service at our Darling Harbour location. You will handle front desk operations, check-ins, and guest inquiries while promoting the Hyatt experience.

Ideal candidates bring Front Office experience, OPERA knowledge, and a polished appearance. This role offers a busy, rewarding environment with growth opportunities within an international hotel group.

Qualificações

• Front Office experience is required.
• Experience with OPERA PMS is preferred.
• Friendly and welcoming personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent grooming and personal presentation.
• Valid Australian working rights.
• Able to work a rotating 7-day roster (38 hours per week).

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional service to external and internal guests.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs throughout shifts.
• Assist with guest enquiries and recommendations.
• Create memorable guest experiences through care and empathy.
• Manage guest complaints and escalate to Manager on Duty.
• Participate in upselling initiatives.
