Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is hiring a full-time Guest Service Agent in New South Wales. You will welcome guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and provide insights on local attractions to ensure memorable stays.

You’ll handle reservations, respond to inquiries, and support front office operations with a welcoming, energetic presence. The role requires weekend and holiday shifts and a commitment to outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel, hospitality or customer-facing environments.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Strong guest service orientation with proactive problem solving.
• Passionate about creating positive guest experiences and attentiveness.
• Maintains a polished, professional presentation and appearance.
• Willing to work weekends/public holidays and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and email with timely, professional service.
• Manage reservations, room inventory, and booking amendments to maximise occupancy.
• Assist guests from enquiry to arrival with accurate information and service.
• Support front office operations with accurate reservation records.
• Maintain booking records and assist operations in a fast-paced environment.
