Responsibilities

• Respond to reservations and guest enquiries by phone and email with professional, timely service.
• Manage room inventory, reservations, amendments and records for occupancy.
• Assist guests with enquiries and requirements to ensure a seamless stay.
• Support front office with reservation information and check-in processes.
• Maintain accurate booking records and assist operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
