Job summary

Oaks Sydney North Ryde Suites, part of Minor Hotels ANZ, is looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and share local recommendations to enhance each stay.

You will communicate across channels, maintain accurate reservations in our property management system, and act as the main point of contact throughout guests' stays.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality service in hotel or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to communicate clearly across channels (in-person, phone, email).
• Positive, proactive approach to guest needs and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, friendly reception and assist with check-in/out.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Process reservations and updates accurately in the PMS.
• Serve as main contact for guests and provide personalized recommendations.
