Minor Hotels’ Oaks Lake Crackenback Resort is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about delivering excellent hospitality and guest experiences.

You will welcome guests, guide them through check-in/check-out, share local recommendations, and support front office operations with reservations and customer inquiries. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and holidays, with shifts ranging 8:00am to 7:00pm during peak periods, and offers career growth and staff perks.

Responsibilities
