Job summary

Accor’s Novotel Sydney Darling Square is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a part-time or full-time basis. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out and throughout the guest journey.

• Previous customer service experience in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Cloud.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Strong communication skills and presenting oneself well.
• Genuine customer service focus and dedication to guest satisfaction.
