Novotel Sydney Cabramatta is seeking a proactive Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs and support smooth day-to-day operations across all shifts. This rotating roster role requires strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork, with Opera Cloud experience highly regarded; RSA is an advantage, and a commitment to guest safety and comfort is essential.

Formación

• Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
• Opera Cloud experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
• Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests across all channels
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Support overnight operations, including basic night audit tasks
• Ensure guest safety, security, and comfort during all shifts
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and with care
• Maintain a clean and professional front office environment
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth operations
