Responsibilities

• Create exceptional first impressions as a key contact for guests, delivering warm, knowledgeable service.
• Take ownership of concierge and porter duties, including luggage handling and front-of-house support.
• Capture requests accurately, resolve issues on the spot, and ensure effortless service.
• Work with computer systems and property management tools to manage reservations and guest data.
• Cover varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
