Jobgether is seeking a GTM Manager Outbound to lead a scalable AI-powered outbound sales engine in Australia. You will build prospecting workflows, prioritize target accounts, and craft personalized outreach across phone, LinkedIn, and events to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate qualified sales pipeline.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows for prospecting and reporting.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs for pipeline tracking.
• Strong copywriting for persuasive cold outreach messages.
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to build an outbound function in a startup.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve an AI-powered outbound sales engine with automation for research, lead scoring, prospecting, and reporting.
• Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts based on ICP and opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, video, and events with personalized outreach.
• Develop compelling cold outreach messages and tailored prospecting strategies.
• Qualify inbound/outbound meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to AEs.
• Provide account executives with detailed prospect insights to improve conversions.
• Experiment weekly with new outreach approaches and document results.
• Monitor outbound performance and focus on pipeline value and revenue.
