Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and work independently

Responsibilities

• Build and run outbound automation: prospect enrichment, sequencing, and tooling for outreach at scale
• Design AI agents and workflows using Claude to automate research and internal processes
• Run growth experiments end to end: landing pages, A/B tests, analytics to measure results
• Keep GTM data clean, accurate, and report on key metrics
• Collaborate with senior leaders to take ideas from design to shipped outcomes
