Job summary

UpGuard is seeking a Manager, GTM Engineering to lead a small but pivotal team responsible for automating GTM workflows and AI-enabled processes. You will shape the automation roadmap, influence build vs buy decisions, and drive adoption across the GTM function.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in GTM, Revenue Ops, or related roles.
• Experience leading a team of engineers in GTM.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex technical GTM solutions.
• Familiar with prompting, agent design, evaluation for LLM-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the GTM Engineering team and drive strategy.
• Own automation and AI roadmap for GTM.
• Evaluate new GTM technologies and balance build vs buy.
• Ensure adoption and feedback loops across GTM teams.
