Job summary

Nylon is hiring a GTM Engineer to own the data layer, pipelines and CRM hygiene across NZ, AU, and the UK. You’ll connect tools in our stack, automate data flows and enable the sales org with accurate prospecting data.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of sales operations, data and automation and reports to the Head of Go-to-Market. You’ll collaborate with account executives, SDRs and marketing with significant problem-solving freedom.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years in revenue operations, sales operations, growth engineering, data or a similar role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience building outreach or prospect lists with scraping and enrichment tools such as Clay.
• CRM administration on Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar with data model design and hygiene.
• Strong SQL and familiarity with a BI tool such as Metabase.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript and experience with REST APIs, webhooks and automation platforms.
• Experience using LLMs and agentic tooling in real workflows.
• A high bar for data quality and keeping systems tidy over time.
• Clear written communication translating sales/marketing needs into systems.
• Experience with accounting or legal firms datasets in NZ, AU or the UK is an advantage.
• Familiarity with marketing attribution and multi-touch pipeline analysis is an advantage.
• The right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists across NZ, AU and the UK from ICPs defined by the GTM team.
• Source data from multiple channels including scraping, enrichment platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, professional registers and internal data.
• Design waterfall enrichment flows that verify contact details, fill gaps and score leads while keeping bounce rates low.
• Use AI tooling to research accounts at scale, qualify fit, personalise outreach inputs and automate repetitive parts of list building.
• Maintain data quality, deduplication and consent standards for Privacy Act, Australian Privacy Principles and UK GDPR/PECR.
• Own the health of the CRM (Attio): design objects, fields, pipeline stages, data hygiene and reporting views.
• Build and maintain integrations between CRM and GTM stack (JustCall, Calendly, Stripe, Metabase, product database, marketing channels).
• Write automations and scripts (Python or JavaScript, webhooks, Zapier/Make/n8n or direct API) to route leads and revenue events correctly.
• Query data warehouse and Metabase in SQL to report on pipeline, attribution and rep activity; reconcile CRM records with source-of-truth systems.
• Document how the stack fits together and train the team on the parts they touch.
