Bosnar Engineering, a Western Australian engineering and manufacturing business, is seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager – Workshop Services to drive growth across mining, oil & gas, and construction client sectors. You will engage with clients, identify opportunities and coordinate with workshop and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role is ideal for someone with industry knowledge and a track record in developing new business, building lasting client relationships

Competenze

• Experience in business development within mining, resources or industrial sectors.
• Strong client relationship building and networking skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to translate opportunities into projects.
• Ability to collaborate with workshop and operations teams to deliver client solutions.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across engineering, manufacturing and industrial markets.
• Promote Bosnar workshop and group capabilities and services.
• Identify customer requirements and develop practical commercial solutions.
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close.
• Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and business development activities.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; achieve sales targets and KPIs.
