Anytime Exploration Services is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our earthworks and civil construction client base in Western Australia. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships and drive growth across mining, resources and civil sectors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales or client relationship management.
• Proven business development experience within earthworks, civil construction, mining or resources industries is highly regarded.
• Established industry contacts and ability to build new business relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident identifying opportunities and converting leads into successful contracts.
• Self-motivated, organised and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the mining, resources and civil sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate leads and actively seek out new projects and contracts.
• Prepare and present tenders, proposals and client quotations.
• Attend client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to identify upcoming project requirements.
• Work alongside management and operations teams to ensure client requirements are understood and achievable.
• Monitor industry activity and identify opportunities for business growth.
