Coates in Cairns is seeking an Account Manager – Client Growth & Business Development to strengthen client relationships and identify new opportunities for Employee Assistance Services. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Growth, Allied Health and Marketing teams to develop proposals, tenders, and new business opportunities.

You will also back up intake processes, support during peak periods, and coordinate EOIs, RFQs and tender

Qualificações

• Experience in account management, client relationship management or sales.
• Ability to conduct discovery conversations and understand client needs.
• Strong written communication and ability to prepare proposals and tender responses.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an allocated portfolio of clients and be the trusted commercial contact.
• Develop account plans around contract requirements, renewals and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate renewal and expansion conversations and maintain accurate pipeline information.
• Work with internal teams to ensure proposed services are feasible and supported.
• Follow up inquiries and turn leads into qualified opportunities.
